1. The Subject: “No to Narcotic!”/El tema del concurso: “No a las drogas!”

2. The contest is open to all amateur and professional cartoonists / El concurso está abierto a todos los dibujantes y humoristas aficionados y profesionales

3. The deadline of the acceptance of drawings is August 10, 2011 /El plazo de la aceptación de obras es el 10 de agosto de 2011

4. The contest is held via internet. You can send the drawings to the exclusively opened e-mail mollanasreddin2011@yahoo.com /El concurso se lleva a cabo vía Internet. Se pueden enviar los dibujos exclusivamente al email mollanasreddin2011@yahoo.com

5. No more than two drawings can be sent to the contest./ Sólo se pueden presentar dos trabajos al concurso.

6. Send cartoons of high quality, please (300 dpi, JPG). / Se ruega que se envíen los dibujos o historietas en alta resolución (el dpi 300, JPG).

7. The cartoons won a prize in other competitions can’t be sent to the contest / Los trabajos que hayan sido premiados en otras competiciones no pueden presentarse a este concurso.

8. Together with the cartoons the name and the family name of the author, the address, the telephone number and e-mail should be sent. /Junto con la obra deben enviarse tanto el nombre como los apellidos del autor, así como la dirección, número de teléfono y la dirección de correo electrónico.

9. The participant filling in the forum of the contest should send his autobiography and photo, too. You can download the forum of the contest via the website www.  azercartoon.com /El participante que complete el impreso del concurso debe enviar su autobiografía y foto también. Se puede descargar el impreso del concurso en el Web site  www. azercartoon.com 

10. The cartoons will be evaluated by the international and local jury./ . Las historietas serán evaluadas por el jurado internacional y local.

11. The winners will be invited to the rewarding ceremony and to the exhibition of the contest held in October in Baku. /Los ganadores serán invitados a la ceremonia de entrega de premios y a la exposición del concurso que se llevará a cabo en el mes de octubre en Baku.

12. The best cartoons sent to the contest will be exhibited in other arrangements and exhibitions which are going to be organized by the State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic. /Las mejores historietas enviadas al concurso serán exhibidas en otros eventos y exposiciones que vayan a ser organizados por el comité de aduanas del estado de la república de Azerbaijan.
