Surgut was founded in 1594

A Black dog-fox became its symbol that is depicted on the emblem of Surgut

Different work techniques are possible.

The organizors of the contest have the right to choose prize – winning works.

The Surgut Fine Arts Museum celebrates its 20^th anniversary!

According to the legislation of Russian Federation the money prizes are taxable.
